Tiger-1500DAY 1
Arrive in Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu. We will be met by our local guide and then transferred to a hotel. The rest of the day will be spent at leisure before taking an internal flight the following morning. Overnight Kathmandu

We will take the first flight to Bhadrapur. The 55 minute flight can be very interesting on aRthroat-1500 clear day to view the Himalayan range including Mount Everest. Vehicles will be waiting for us to drive to Ilam which is approximately 4 hours with stops on the way for birding and a picnic lunch en route. On reaching Ilam we will check into a comfortable lodge and then explore the nearby tea gardens with light forest for species like Hill Prinia, Grey Treepie, White-crested Laughing Thrush, Great Barbet and more. After some pre-breakfast birding, we will continue our journey of about 3 hours through villages and light forest to our base for the next 3 nights at Gorkhe. Situated at around 2,600M, Gorkhe has a simple lodge run by a Sherpa family. We will check into our rooms and then after lunch explore the nearby forest for Red Panda and Birds.S-Owlet-1500

Full days exploring the forest for Red Panda and Birds. Overnight Gorkhe

Early morning exploring the forest and our last chance for Red Panda before driving back after lunch to Ilam. Overnight Ilam

Drive to Koshi Tappu and transfer to Koshi Camp. Overnight Koshi CampRT-Minla-1500

Full days at Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve

DAY 10
Drive to Chitwan and transfer to nearby wildlife lodge. Overnight Chitwan

Days 11-13
Full days exploring Chitwan National Park focusing on birds and mammals.
Target bird species for Chitwan: Greater Goldenback, Great Hornbill, Red-headed Trogon, Blue-bearded Bee-eater, Grey-headed Fish Eagle, Changeable Hawk Eagle, White-tailed Rubythroat, Black-backed Forktail, White-tailed Stonechat, Grey-crowned Prinia, Rufous-rumped Grassbird, Slender-billed Babbler, Target Mammal species for Chitwan: Greater One-horned Rhinocerous, Tiger, Sloth Bear, Leopard, Gaur.

DAY 14
Drive to Kathmandu and Transfer to hotel. Overnight Kathmandu

DAY 15
Transfer to airport to fly back to UK
